Your CIRS Consultant

I’m not your doctor — I’m your guide, your advocate, your logistics wizard, and your “What do I do now?” person. Even at 10 p.m. when the symptoms won’t let you sleep.

Managing Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome (CIRS) is anything but straightforward. It’s a complex, multi-system condition that requires coordination across providers, clarity in treatment protocols, and a clear plan of action—yet most patients are left trying to stitch it all together on their own.

I’ve lived it. As someone who’s been through CIRS personally, I understand the overwhelm: the lab work, protocols, conflicting advice, appointments, remediation chaos, emotional crash cycles, and sheer exhaustion.

That’s why I built a “what’s right for you” model—flexible, patient-centered, and grounded in real support.

I can be fully hands-on, managing the details and coordinating your recovery. Or I can stay in the wings as your backup contact—ready when you need a second opinion or a nudge in the right direction. Because navigating CIRS shouldn’t feel like a second full-time job.

I help:

  • Clarify doctor recommendations

  • Translate protocols

  • Provide vetted resources so you’re not guessing

  • Collaborate directly with your doctors, often joining appointments to take notes and advocate for your case (I’ll be your brain while yours is busy healing)

  • I also offer a texting support package for those “I can’t do this” moments—because healing rarely happens on a tidy 9-to-5 timeline.

As the first Surviving Mold Proficiency Partner in New York State, I’ve built a trusted CIRS-savvy network: referring to top doctors, working closely with remediation experts, and helping restoration teams understand what biotoxin-freeactually means.

Whether you’re newly diagnosed or stuck in the endless loop of “why am I still sick?” — I’m here to lead the process so you can focus on healing, not managing it all alone.

What I Help With

  • Getting tested or diagnosed for CIRS? I’ll walk you through which labs matter, what they mean, and how to talk to your providers.

  • Lost in protocols? I help clarify treatment plans so you know what to do next—and in what order.

  • Overwhelmed by doctor visits? I join you (virtually or in person), take notes, and make sure your concerns are actually heard.

  • Planning an inspection or remediation? I’ll help you avoid the expensive mistakes and speak directly with your contractor or remediator so you don’t have to.

  • Not sure what to do with your stuff? I’ll help you make smart, evidence-based decisions about what to keep, clean, or toss—without fear-based drama.

  • Trying to move or find a safe home? I help you evaluate properties, plan your move, and avoid common CIRS home-buying pitfalls.

  • Confused by Actinos or MARCoNS protocols? I’ll walk you through what they mean and how to integrate them into your plan.

  • Can’t implement anything because you’re frozen or fried? I get it. I’ll help you make progress without pushing past your limits.

  • Late-night “what now?” freakout? I offer a texting support package for real-time guidance when you’re spiraling or stuck.

  • Need someone to just get it? I’ve been through CIRS myself. I’ve built a team in NY. I speak “doctor,” “remediator,” and “burned-out patient.” You’re not alone here.
